Zombie Apocalypse Survival

Calculate your odds of surviving a zombie outbreak.

📜 The Origins

Based on the 'Solanum' outbreak model. We've analyzed thousands of hours of cinema and survival literature to determine exactly what determines if you're the hero or the 'first to go'.

🚀 Master the Tool

Be honest about your fitness levels, survival gear, and tactical knowledge. Our algorithm will calculate your probability of surviving the first 24 hours of a global outbreak.

Mission Logistics

  • Leverage your group's strength for defense and scouting.

Tactical Deficit

  • Your combat skills are lacking. Prioritize stealth and avoidance.
  • Your location is a deathtrap. Find a more secure shelter immediately.
  • You'll run out of supplies quickly. Scavenging must be a top priority.

The Solanum Protocol

Surviving a Class-4 Outbreak isn't about aim; it's about decision-making. Based on the seminal works of Max Brooks (*The Zombie Survival Guide*, *World War Z*), we know that the greatest threat isn't the undead, it's other humans, panic, and dehydration.

The Phases of Collapse

  1. Phase 1: Localized Outbreak (Day 0-3): Media blackouts. Rumors of "African Rabies." The best time to leave the city.
  2. Phase 2: Use of Force (Day 4-10): The Great Panic. Gridlock. Military lines fail.
  3. Phase 3: Total Collapse (Day 10+): Power grid fails. Water stops running. The 'New Normal'.

Your "Survival Score"

This tool doesn't just check if you have a gun. It checks if you have a Plan. * Water Purification: More important than bullets. * Cardio: Can you run 5 miles with a 30lb pack? * Location: Are you in a high-density urban zone? (If yes, RIP).

Pro tips
01Cardio is rule #1.
02Don't be a hero in the first 10 minutes.
03Stock up on canned goods, not just ammo.

The Fine Print (FAQ)

Slow zombies or fast zombies?
We model for the classic 'Romero/Brooks' slow zombie. Fast zombies (28 Days Later) have a 99% mortality rate, so a calculator for that is just a 'You Died' screen.
Is a Katana good?
No. Blades get stuck in bone. A crowbar is better, it's a weapon and a tool, and it never runs out of ammo.
Where should I go?
Cold climates. Zombies freeze solid. Head North.
